Jason Alan Amendolia — owner and Vice President of CENTURY 21 Preferred Realty — serves as Property Management Director, overseeing all property management business lines: residential, HOA, commercial, and short-term rentals.

Jason brings the same disciplined execution and high standards that have made him a #1 ranked CENTURY 21 agent into the property management division. He sets the strategy, holds the team accountable to the Gold Standard, and stays personally involved with the relationships that matter most — owners, vendors, and the operational leads who run the day-to-day.

An accounting team strictly dedicated to the Property Management Division — handling day-to-day accounting, year-end statements, and 1099s for delivery to your accountant come tax season. Built on Yardi, the leading rental management software.
