Common questions.

When do I pay back GeoBrix expenses?

You repay GeoBrix the exact amount that was spent on service providers' work — no interest or fees. The amount is deducted from the equity of your home at closing. If the listing agreement expires or is canceled, if there is not enough equity in the home sale to cover the costs, or if 12 months elapse from the date of first project completion, you will be responsible for paying back the project costs to GeoBrix directly.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes. GeoBrix partners with qualified service professionals across 500+ service categories. Only top-rated vendors are sourced for our clients, and the work comes with a satisfaction guarantee — if you're not happy with the quality of work done, GeoBrix will make it right at no additional cost to you.

What if my project costs exceed the GeoBrix budget?

Since the maximum amount of capital fronted to you is equivalent to your listing agent's commission rate, you can increase the commission rate to raise your budget (subject to program maximum). Alternately, you can pay for the overage out of pocket directly.

Are there minimum or maximum home prices to qualify?

No minimum or maximum housing price to enroll. No minimum project cost either. The program is designed to serve sellers across a wide range of property values.

Will a lien be filed against my property?

No. There are no liens filed against the property. There are also no credit checks or pre-qualifications required to enroll.
