We celebrate, we learn, we eat too much at every potluck, and we walk every September to fight Alzheimer's. This is what life looks like at CENTURY 21 Preferred when we're not at the closing table.
Every fall, our agents, staff, and families lace up purple sneakers and head to West Orange for the Walk to End Alzheimer's — the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support, and research. It's the one day of the year our offices empty out and the team shows up somewhere else, together, for someone else.
We participate as a brokerage, raise as a brokerage, and walk as a brokerage. If you've lost someone to this disease — or you're walking alongside someone living with it — you have a team here. Come join us.
We didn't write a "culture statement" and frame it on a wall. We just kept showing up — for each other's wins, for each other's worst weeks, and for a really competitive cornhole bracket at the summer picnic. Here's what that looks like over the course of a year.
Lunch & Learns, market briefings, MLS deep-dives, lender Q&As, and ongoing professional development — paid for, built into the calendar, and actually attended because it's actually useful.
Office potlucks, Friday team lunches, holiday dinners, agent birthdays. The calendar fills up fast around here, and we'd rather break bread than break records (we usually do both).
Axe throwing leagues, bowling nights, escape rooms, summer picnics, holiday photo booths, and the occasional spontaneous happy hour. If you're new and you don't know anyone yet — you will by Friday.
The Walk to End Alzheimer's anchors our charitable year, but it doesn't end there. Toy drives, food drives, and community give-backs across our three offices. Quietly, consistently, every year.
A scrapbook from our offices in Butler/Kinnelon, Hoboken, and Union — awards dinners, lunches that ran long, holiday parties that ran longer, and the occasional photo booth nobody can escape.

If the photos look like a place you'd want to work — that's the point. The mentorship, the marketing, and the culture are real, and they're why our agents grow with us.
