Our Mentorship Program equips new agents with the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive — paired with hands-on guidance from a producing mentor and a clear path to becoming a self-sufficient sales professional.

Inside the program — what you'll do.

Five client showings — see best practices and client interactions live, with a producing agent.

Vendor & presentation access — your mentor's vendor list, plus listing and buyer presentations.

MLS listing review — five real listings analyzed together so structure, pricing, and presentation become second nature.

Listing presentations & appointments — build one full listing presentation and attend up to three live appointments.

Contract writing — write your first three listing and three purchase contracts with mentor review before MLS entry.

Open house & closing experience — shadow an open house setup and attend one full closing, end-to-end.

Full transaction guidance — your mentor walks you through one complete deal: deposit, inspections, repairs, appraisal, mortgage commitment, CO, final walkthrough.

Weekly one-hour meetings covering time management, social media for real estate, prospecting, and accountability tracking.

Compensation
50%

Mentors receive 50% of the mentee's commission from their first two transactions — real skin in the game on both sides.

Tracking
A task completion sheet.

Every milestone gets initialed and dated. Accountability for both mentor and mentee — and a clean handoff to independence.
