- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, home sale timeline, appointment time and any notes you add when you request a home valuation, book a consultation, contact an office or sign up for listing alerts.
- Information collected automatically: basic website usage such as pages visited, device and browser type, and referring site, collected through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity).
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, prepare your home valuation and schedule and confirm appointments.
- To connect you with a CENTURY 21 Preferred Realty agent who serves your area.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders and service messages you asked for.
- To improve our website and services.
- To meet legal, licensing and record-keeping requirements.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the CENTURY 21 Preferred Realty agent or office handling your request, and with service providers that help us run our business (for example, website hosting, email, calendar and text message delivery), who may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages.
Text message (SMS) program
Program: CENTURY 21 Preferred Realty appointment texts. When you book a consultation on our website and check the box agreeing to receive texts, we send messages about your appointment: booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing texts through this program.
- How you opt in: by checking the optional text consent box on our booking form at c21p.com/home-value. Consent is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.
- Message frequency: varies, usually 2 to 4 messages per appointment.
- Costs: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and will send no more texts. Reply START to sign up again.

Email and phone
If you contact us or request a valuation, we may email or call you about that request. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to our email or calling the office.
